Hey everyone! :)
I'm back! No big deal....
I'm down with flu, sore throat
And I feel dizzy most of the time.
But I'm recovering fast. I think. I hope so.
Thanks to Dion, for the antibiotics. Appreciate it.
Was not being able to go online. Totally disconnected.
But I get to update my Facebook status sometimes.
At Starbucks or open Wifi with my friends phone.
The screen is really small but it works for me.
Had so much fun but was kinda tiring.
Traveled far, drove miles, got lost.
Drove around blindly but we made it.
Driving a small manual car is very tiring.
But I'm fat, I need the workout to burn some.
Visited places, tasted new food, layers of milk tea.
Very cheap, satisfying, but sometimes salty and nasty.
But it was all good. Something new, something different.
The whole point of visiting somewhere far from home.
Pictures uploaded but not filtered. Not edited. Yet.
Will post some here, but most on my Facebook.
It depends on which is faster, to Cut or Uncut.
Both are the same shitty internet provider.
Stealing money of underpaid people.
Off track but its okay, I'm pissed.
Internet is too slow, I can't surf.
Some ?tube and also Youtube.

I've been getting friend requests on facebook from strangers. People that I do not know, have not met, a total stranger to me.

And so that day i got a friend request from a stranger.

Me - Hello, have we met? Do we know each other?
Stranger - Hi! No we don't.
Me - Then why u add me for?
Stranger - Hehehe, cannot meh?

I then ignored the request.

Seriously, I'm sick of you strangers trying to add me on facebook. So freaking irritating! If you think that i'm being "lan c" for not approving friend requests or something, then fck you! Ur on facebook for the f**king wrong reason! Let me get this straight. I do not add strangers.

Had a small gathering with my classmates from school at one of my classmates house. Not seen them for ages! Freaking awesome I must say. It has everything that I always wanted to have at home other than a Shisha room and a photography studio filled with every Nikon cameras.

The pool table is the most amazing thing! Months ago, I used play pool like crazy but then i stopped because of the smelly smoke, dirty and sticky pool table and the money I have to spend every hour playing it. He renovated the house just for the sake of fitting in the pool table which I think is a really great idea. My house is too small, I can't even fit the Turbochef oven or the Verismo espresso machine. Always wanted to have those other than the D3x.

Buying and lighting up charcoals is never going to be a problem anymore.

While some were having dinner outside, some played the Wii.

Some told me, a Chinese without a mahjong table at home, is not a Chinese! Well this guy is Chinese for sure.

Everyone got together later on for some tennis and bowling.

I must admit the colours are off and flat. Wanted to get this in black and white but I needed the red for the guys in the background to be visible for the unprofessional eyes of yours.

That's about it. Didn't shoot much since I was really tired and feeling weak and I'm now on 1 month medication to fix my brain. 3 more weeks to go.

Oh and one more. I think it's time for me to have a roll in the Konica Pop.

1st of August. Finally I have some time to update. Internet is really slow and sometimes pictures don't appear after uploading so I had to upload it all over again. Argh. Anyways, been really busy sorting out my new semester and having loads of fun with my friends. Some new friends I met, mostly my new classmates and random people who is into photography. Really cool, get to try and play new cameras and stuff. Ahh so fun.

This is going to be a really long update. Lhast personal record breaking update with more than 100 pictures. I think 200. Don't feel like counting.

I really miss being a wedding photographer. The hard work made me stop. Well, I don't really mind the hard work and stuff, preparing, shooting and editing, just that I don't have time for all this anymore. Once in a while is okay but at the moment, i'm just lazy to accept clients.

Really funny and friendly couple. Rushing for another outdoor shoot. Yes, I remember this one. From morning till late at night.

Really old picture I found deep inside my external hard drive. I need new shirts. Feels like my shirts getting smaller by the day.

My neighbour Syadil invited me for some shots at his old high school for their scouts campfire. My very first time at VI. I must say the school is very well maintained. Walls nicely painted in white and I seriously like the architecture especially the clock tower.

Makes me wonder what kerosene taste like.

Manchester United Asia Tour 2009 was here in Malaysia couple of weeks ago. Finally I get to see them play live at Bukit Jalil Stadium and not on my boring tv set.

Got there around 2 or 3 hours early. Everyone was pushing and I kept checking my wallet and phone because I know, it will go magically disappear.

I think the ratio is 1000:1Yes. I cut my hair short. Sick of wasting loads of shampoo everyday. Now a drop or 2 of shampoo is good and I still get enough foam for my pubes as well.He posed for this picture and I think he wanted his picture but the stadium was packed so he didnt get to come down to where I was to give me his contact details.Other fans who came early. The thing is, If ur at a game, make sure you wear the right team shirt.

After taking this shot, a guy, i think he was the contractor, approached me and asked me what will I do with the pictures and why am I taking pictures and stuff. He seemed concerned. We "argued" a little bit and in the end I told him that I live here, I have a camera, I like to take pictures, I'm not trespassing, I'm not breaking any law or whatsoever, so do you have any problem with that? Hahaha, I swear he wanted to punch me in the face, I was just waiting for it but it didnt happen. Then to top it off, I asked him "So what are you going to do? Want me to take a picture of you?" I was not being brave. Was not in a good mood so I walked around the condo to rest my mind with some photography so any kind of entertainment in between will do. I took a couple more shots and I left.

Oh starting from today onwards, those who travel around by cab will have to spend more on cab fares. Doesnt really matter or make a difference actually since most cab drivers do not use the meter. Lucky for me, I have a car to drive around but I have a feeling the price of petrol will increase anytime soon.

1 Survived Out Of 3. Rolls!

Been a while since I last shoot on film so here goes. I could have blogged about it but 2 of my rolls got effed up. First one was because the shop effed' my roll by having problems with the chemicals so they replaced me with a new roll. Ok, fine. Second one, someone effed it up when he accidentally open the camera casing and the film got exposed real good under the hot sun. Not sure how it happened but yea, wasted. Now, this is my third roll, and it survived. Great.

First shot taken at college after tutorial. Was waiting for a friend so I decided to feed the camera with a new roll. Random I know, but wait there's more.

The next day before getting off the car, the clouds turned me on so I took a shot of it.

Basically, I wasn't paying attention.

And I wasn't the only one not paying attention.

The next day, the blue skies turned me on. It did not capture the colours really well but I think it was good enough. I actually waited for the birds to come just to make it look even more interesting but luck was not on my side and since it was a really hot afternoon, I took the shot.

I really like the clean toilets in Bangsar Village but at the same time, I really hate those who do not know how to keep it clean. BTW, thats my brother in the background, washing his hands.

This is how I normally take pics out my window.While waiting for the traffic light, I somehow had this idea, and I wonder why don't they use the empty space for advertisements? People would actually observe the advertisements while waiting for the traffic light and I think it is a strategic place to place an ad.

I really miss high school, reason of why I drop by school often. Everytime I drop by, I see something new. Its either improved or effed!

If I were rich and successful, I would donate. Fix the roof of the scout den, the basketball court, the tennis court and obviously, the toilets.

I must say, she is the most famous teacher in school. She's very open minded too.

Some people actually POINT and LAUGH at me when they saw me holding an antique film camera. Like why the hell is that person shooting in film? Cant afford to get a digital camera? Where the hell did he come from, Pluto? What a noob he is, get a real camera la wei!

Well, just so you know you high-tech-self-proclaimed-modern-professional-photographer, it doesn't effing matter what type of camera I use because photography, IS PHOTOGRAPHY. Full stop. That simple. Google up the meaning of photography if you still don't get it. You are free to shoot with any form of image-capturing-device including a camera phone because in the end, it's still photography.

So what or how did I react to those high tech people? I simply smile, knowing that I have better equipments at home. I might not have the best, but whatever I have, suits me well.

And so, I was at Taylors College hanging out with my friends when they had an event on safe sex and HIV prevention thingy. Being a virgin, I think I'm still clean and safe. Unless "having sex" with your own hand is dangerous and deadly? Oh well...

I was the shortest person there so all my shots were taken without looking thru the viewfinder. Having a manual focus camera made my life even harder.

I then moved to the other side of the stage hoping for a better shot. Manual focusing, right before I hit the shutter, someone pushed me making the shot go off focus and blurry.

Shortly, it started to rain. Held the camera up as high as i could and pressed the shutter before running back to the car.

I'm getting another roll of film tomorrow. I feel like spending some money on this so called expensive hobby. It is actually, IF ur not making any from it.

Trying to update my blog by email now. Not sure if it will work so im just gonna give it a shot.

For the past few days, ive been trying to understand you. Ok, actually weeks. Perhaps months. Let]s not just give a fck how long but let me just get this straight. I don't care. At all. I might think of it from time to time but then again, I don't care or give a fck about it anymore. Seriously.

Anyway, ignore that. Has got nothing to do with any of you here, including myself. Crap i know.

I'm still pissed because of my recent stupidity. Editing 200 images and deleting them seconds after editing the last one. How smart? Some told me to look on the bright side but the image i get is very well underexposed. I don't understand you. Someone told me the pictures I edited was not meant to be shared. Wonder why did i even bother taking them in the first place. I will start the whole process all over again probably around next week. I hope!

Writing this in bed at 5 in the morning, i should be asleep by now. Just a little bit more.

By the way, I want YOU to experience, understand, and learn from it. I know you can, and i know you will. And im proud of you. Always.

Oh yea! Recently, an asshole sms'd me. He was fucking rude, just like myself, but the thing is, he is a level higher than I am. He wanted to meet up with me at my usual hangout place but he didnt show up. He acted like as if he's the head of a mafia gang. Like seriously, if you really wanna meet up with me for I-dont-give-a-fuck-what-reason-for, tell me in advance, where and when. I have no idea where he got my number from but i already have the hint. I'll get you one day. So yesterday night, he gave me a call telling me he's "there". And I actually just got back home from that place. Why tell me ur there when i already left. Why want me to be there when I already left. Why didnt you come when I was there? Are you a chicken? Back to the phone call he called me and the first word he told me was ...something in cantonese which im really familiar with which is Sohai. I asked for his name, and he told me he's my mother. Trying to be funny eh? I returned all the "holy" words I know in cantonese and mandrin, with some english before hanging up the phone. Surprisingly, he didnt call back. He's quite entertaining actually. I like his slang, but what I would really like is to punch him in the face real hard. I punch a lot during football training as a keeper, so i'm ready for it. I'll get you one day you small brat! Ur pranking the wrong person.

Updated : I called him up today and verbally fcuk him on the phone couple of times because he was so fuking rude to a rude person, I even got some friends to call him up. His balls basically got even smaller, dick shrinked and he hung up the phone. I called him again asking him if he wanted to meet up with me; location and time and he hung up the phone again. Like seriously, he acted so "gangster'ish" the other day, wanting to meet up with me and perhaps beat the shit out of me. Oh come on lar kiddo. First of all, I don't even know you, or even have problems with you, why are you asking for my shoeprint on your face now? If I ever see you, I swear, I will make you swollow your phone.

Had lunch at Old Town White Coffee near my friends place. IT SUCKS! Not gonna tell you which one or where but let me tell you something. The best Old Town White Coffee is still the one at Bangsar South. Great service, friendly people, easy to park and the place is really nice.

The most retarded chicken rice ever. Crap, I think my dog also wouldn't wanna eat this. Not to forget, their iced lemon tea sucks too! The chicken rice at OTWC @ Bangsar South is a BILLION times better.

Ok, enough of hate. New semester started couple of weeks ago, I'm actually quite happy about it.

Part of what we do is actually watching videos or animations to get ideas for our assignments.Only 2 girls in my class, yes ONLY 2! But it's okay. Better than having a couple of bietches right?
And this guy, I must say he is like my unofficial lecturer. I mean, for the whole class. He goes around giving feedbacks, ideas and teaching me a little bit of this and that. Good stuff!

Sleeping at 5 in the morning and waking up 2 hours later, I need loads of coffee.

I decided not to post up some shots here due to confidential issues... whatever u call it... something like that. Anyway, just behind the scenes will be good.

This is one hell of a big mistake I did. Resizing the picture to 700px in width instead of the usual 600px. Oh well, luckily some of the shots are in portrait.

Concerts And Firetrucks

First of all, I'm proud to tell you that I will be attending Jason Mraz concert Live In Malaysia this 4th of March. Can't wait! My first concert ever, to enjoy the show and not to be there, taking photos. It's time to enjoy real talent, real music.

Back to some of what I have been doing last week. Parents were away for 2 weeks. Was pretty quiet at home but I had some friends over to chill.

Went to Mid Valley. I wasnt driving so I had time to snap around with the CMOS. Did a single panning shot on the way there. I don't really like panning actually. Moving the camera from side to side made me look like some retard shooting randomly. Actually, this is not considered as panning.

As usual, looking for a place to park in Mid Valley is crazy. Thought I would get a steady shot until the driver did a crazy fast turn as I press the shutter. But it turned out pretty cool.

I caught the security guard doing the Michael Jackson dance in the parking lot. Not bad. A little bit of moonwalk, sideways moonwalk, balls grabbing, this and that. You imagine it urself. I'm not sure what this is but Isnt this thing suppose to blow or suck polluted air? But whatever it is, very interesting. Install a jet engine there and blow everyone the shiet out.

I know. No photography in malls or in private properties but no one stopped me. As I was going up the escalator, spotted parents reading newspapers. Was wondering, why would you go to Mid Valley and read newspapers? Well maybe, why not?

I really like the design of this shop, but I really hate the price tag on their products.

The queue at GSC was really long. Well, I actually respect those who are willing to queue long for a movie ticket. I would never even think of it!

I can imagine during this studio shoot. She was asked to stand straight, look up, put one hand pointing up like a superman, one leg behind, balance, and try not to fall. Look at that pointless oversized bag she's holding on to. I'm not sure if the bag was even edited in or what. Oh well, let's just go up north.

Oh I was driving on my way to class. As usual, I always have my camera with me. I spotted an irresponsible mother on the road. Let the pictures do the talking.

The mother was even talking on the phone.

This beast must be the one responsible to clean up the road at the construction site nearby.

The mammoth now have a baby. And she's taking care of it. Real good.

Toilet break. I was actually doing a self portrait then came in my 2 classmates. Oh well... Good thing I get to fill the frame so that it wont feel so empty.

Subject or class that I hate the most! Argh! Learning camera angles today. Blah blah blah...

Last week, everything was about painting or drawing. More like, people doing art everywhere. In the morning, I noticed fingerprints on my dad's car, writing something totally random. Something like "A A A"... :s

I went to church, more art, but only more artistic.

Anyway, to end this post, this cab driver is a TOTAL ASSHOLE! Fcking piece of shit, he almost hit my car and act like as if he did nothing. Imagine this, traffic jam, hot and tiring day, and then comes a fuktard cab driver like this one here. Weii....Not a good combo I tell you.Made the plate number more visible for everyone to see, Since he's a "PRO" driver, might as well advertise him a lil.

Was at Paul's Place located at Old Klang Road for some shots of Atlas performing.

The graffiti on the wall was pretty cool.Quite a small place but big things can happen in here.Jappo the Japanese boy.I wanna learn how to play drums... Since I don't play any instrument, drums will be my choice of of creative noise.I like this one. Just look properly, u'll get what I mean. If you don't, just keep on looking.

Hmm...Photography is getting even more interesting for me.

Abandoned But Never Left Alone

I will get back to film soon, so all I can show you now is some work from a Nikon CMOS.

This game, the Dominoes, is really addictive and it goes well with the Shisha too. Last I played it with them was until 5 in the morning.

Was trying to be creative with the street light behind him. Just ignore the car.The twin head Shisha is good if you don't plan to mix two flavours in 1 bowl.Had lunch alone at KFC Jalan University last week. Took some shots while waiting for Shaz and Asyraf.

I like going to this KFC because it is really clean. And they just cant stop cleaning even when it is already clean.No wonder this branch got an "A" for cleanliness. Really clean, service is really good too.Shaz came over with his new toy, similar to mine but only more new. And cheaper too! By 1k if im not mistaken. With an SB-900. I plan to get one soon but the SB-800 still works well for me. Then we drove somewhere nearby. My usual spot to shoot portraits.Nice blue walls but they took away almost all the props inside.At least this house is a little bit high tech.Oh remember this picture from the previous post? Nothing much actually.I think the most beautiful prop left in this abandoned house is, yes, the toilet bowl.Was helping Asyraf lighting the toilet with a wireless flash.In the open air kitchen.

And it couldn't get any better.The sky was actually blue that day. We don't get to see blue skies here that often anymore.Went to another abandoned house nearby later on but didn't really get to explore inside.And called it a day at Old Town White Coffee at Bangsar South.
